Meet the SUCSESS team of Sheffield Hallam University

This week we would like to introduce the SUCESS team of our UK partner Sheffield Hallam University:

Dr. Alisha Ali

Alisha is a social scientist researching in the areas of sustainable development, information and communication technologies, innovation, corporate social responsibility, destination management and hospitality management education. She has experience in research design, which led to her involvement in several contract research projects working with government offices, destination management organisations (DMOs) and international, national and local businesses. In 2018, Alisha won the Council for Hospitality Management Education (CHME)/Smith Travel Research (StR) Share Award for Innovation in Teaching and Learning.

Dr. Natalie Haynes

Natalie is a senior lecturer, teaching both in the UK and internationally, and is an experienced researcher in the field of Hospitality management. Her academic practice is supported by over ten years' experience of working in the sector for branded and independent hotels, which enhances her knowledge of teaching and research in the Hospitality field, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing and revenue management. Her research interests cover the areas of revenue management, hotel pricing and the use of economic/game theory in hospitality pricing decisions and she has had work published in several international journals on these topics.

Dave Egan

Dave is an Economist and teaches on the business environment at Sheffield Business School. He has over 40 years' experience of delivering a wide range of consultancy projects for a diversity of clients via the University and in collaboration with several environmental management consultancy organisations. His expertise is in the areas of economic impact studies, hospitality, tourism and nature. He has published widely in several areas of Hospitality Management and is actively involved in consultancy style projects in economic valuation and tourism data.
